How Authentication Works

To have your item authenticated, you need to:

1. Write to us via e‑mail.
2. Send an e‑mail with your authentication request and attach detailed photos of the item you want to verify.

After receiving your request:

• We will send you a payment link to your e‑mail.
• Once the payment is made, we begin the authentication process.

Photo Requirements for Authentication

Please provide at least 15 photos of the item. All photos must be clear, unedited, high‑quality, taken in good natural daylight against a neutral background.

What to photograph (bags)

1. Full front view.
2. Full back view.
3. Left and right profiles.
4. Bottom and all four corners.
5. Top/flap, view when opened.
6. Interior: lining, pockets, stitching.
7. Logo/heat stamp — close‑up.
8. Serial/date code or artisan stamp — macro.
9. Hardware macro: locks, zippers, clasps, studs, buckles (with visible engravings/markings).
10. Handle/strap attachments — macro.
11. Stitching and edge paint — macro.
12. Leather texture — macro.
13. Accessories: lock/keys/clochette, straps, tags.
14. Documents: receipts, cards, labels, barcodes/QR codes.
15. Packaging: box, dust bag, inserts.
16. Any signs of wear or defects — close‑up (if applicable).

If not a bag

• Footwear: full pair view, toe/heel, sole, logo on insole, size/style codes, hardware, documents, packaging.
• Clothing: full front/back view, brand/size/care labels (macro), seams, hardware, prints/embroidery, defects, documents, packaging.
• Eyewear: full view, logos and markings on temples (macro), serial number, nose pads/screws (macro), lenses, case and accessories.
• Watches/accessories: full view, dial/back/clasp (macro), serial/reference numbers, engravings, documents, packaging.

Technical recommendations

• Focus on inscriptions and textures (macro shots must not be blurry).
• Avoid glare or shadows; take an extra angle if necessary.
• One detail per photo; if needed, send more than 15 photos.

These requirements speed up the process and improve the accuracy of authentication.

Timeframe & Process

• On average, authentication takes about 24 hours.
• We carefully review photos of the hardware, leather, overall construction, documents, and serial numbers.
• Usually, the verification is performed by 2–3 experts — professional authenticators with many years of experience working with luxury brands.

Result

After the verification is complete, you will receive a document by e‑mail stating:

• If the item is not authentic, we will notify you.
• If the item has successfully passed authentication, you will receive a Certificate of Authenticity with a unique number and code. This code can be entered on our website for confirmation.

This system is especially convenient for resale and consignment shops: buyers have no doubt they are purchasing an authentic item.

Additional Options

Upon request, we can also issue a plastic authenticity card — for additional credibility and a more luxurious presentation.

Reviews

After the authentication is completed, you will receive a link to a feedback form about our work. This can only be submitted once the verification process has been finalized and you have received the result.
